The project is a consortium composed of three organizations (ACTED, ADRA, YFCA) ADRA’s interventions involves reducing the rates of malnutrition in vulnerable conflict-affected communities through a multi-sectoral, phased and tailored community-based approach focused on increasing access to health and nutrition services, by delivering comprehensive malnutrition focused health services through fixed health centers and Emergency Mobile Medical Teams (EMMTs) in AlJawf governorate over the period of April 2017 to April 2020.
- Malnutrition health care services delivered via fixed health points and mobile clinic
- Establishment of Outpatient Therapeutic Centers, Therapeutic Feeding Centers (TFC), Outpatient Clinics, and establishment of Diarrhea Treatment Centers in Al-Jawf General Hospital
- Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition for children 0-59 months and pregnant and lactating mothers.
- Delivery of curative and preventative care for malnutrition through EMMTs
